Staff are friendly, Issy is always friendly. Would be brilliant if as a Starbucks member and gold member to be able to use my points towards what I purchase. It would encourage more people to use this Starbucks.

Staff are always friendly.
But as a gold member, it would be nice to h able to spend my points in this shop seeing as I am able to earn them here. It shocks me that we are not able to spend our points.
I think this is something worth changing
