Context: Stopped here unexpectedly to get caffeinated when I learned that my flast of tea from Sweet Daisy's in Llangollen was undrinkably awful. Pros: Clean. Staff friendly enough. Adequate coconut latte. Cons: Drink gets cold quickly. Outrageously expensive. Conclusion: Did the job when needed. Note: I really wanted tea but tea in Starbucks has been unacceptably awful everywhere since they changed the teabags a decade or so back.

In all my life, I have never known such a disgustingly filthy place. The soft chairs as seen in this Starbucks (Sainsbury's) were awful. . The filth was obvious and looked unhygienic. I note the establishment is closing on 12th June, deservedly so.

Upset with the service at this Starbucks. After being told rudely my requested drink wasn?t stocked in this Starbucks, I ordered another which they had also run out of (again told rudely about this). After changing my order again, which we?d paid and it had arrived it was completely the wrong drink. This has happened multiple times to me in this Starbucks. Any one of these things would have been fine on their own, all together highlights how much of a shambles this place is!

We came here for breakfast and were impressed by the fast service given that the place was quite busy. The Marmite and cheese paninis were nice and the coffee was to the usual Starbucks standard.

Took 13 minutes to get a drive through single Latte and I was the fifth vehicle in the queue - when I got to the checkout I was asked again what my order was! I could have taken 4 x the money in half the time on my own!

Went in for a coffee with my husband . The staff are very pleasant but the whole place is in dire need of a good clean and revamp . Tables were uncleaned . The soft seating is in need of a good clean . All in all very dirty . This is not what is expected of Starbucks .

Great access and parking but coffee was mediocre,ordered a toastie to eat in and it arrived whole in a bag,no knife to cut in half to make easier to eat.whole place looked grubby,tables weren't wiped and covered in debris.like so many national shops post covid,looks run down and un cared for. Wont be visiting again.

The coffee we had was excellent, the staff busy but friendly. The tables needed to be wiped and the sitting area, including the windows needed a good clean. The toilets also needed to be fresher, cleaner and kept stocked with toilet rolls not waiting till they ran out.

We are in the middle of a global pandemic and I am told that the toilet soaps ( that have completely run out) can not be replenished until Monday when the man comes to do it. It's only Tuesday!!! Disgusting. The server didn't even seem that bothered about it.

Convenient when driving into Shrewsbury is all that can really be said about this Starbucks. It's right behind a garage, so useful if you need to fill up the car as well as yourself. The tables and chairs were clean enough but the whole decor gives the appearance of needing a revamp.

Long que inside while we wait for them to serve drive through first. Staff stressed and not able to cope. Fly's in the chiller landing on the cakes and bakes add to the overall effect of style over substance

My step brother, step sister and I all stopped in Starbucks on a trip. I used the toilet which was super clean. They ordered separately then I ordered. We were waiting for drinks and weirdly mine came first even though I ordered more than 5 minutes after they did. My step brothers came right after mine but we had to wait another 10 minutes for my step sisters drink. They were making drinks of people who ordered after her and drive through and we had to remind them about her drink in the end. Other than that was a lovely Starbucks and enjoyed our drinks.
