I went for a test and some new glasses during the school break. I expected it to be busy but, wow, it was super busy. However, I observed plenty of staff; all doing their best to support each other and customers. By the time I collected my glasses I had been served by several different people. Each one was helpful and engaging....

The staff here are really friendly and helpful. I had excellent advice from the optician and the lady who helped me choose my frames gave me great advice. Very happy.
