Visited the store around 12:30am sunday night, upon walking in, 3 staff talking at the till (not uncommon) after getting the things I needed I headed to the till, the two staff my side of the till didn't acknowledge me as a customer and didn't move out of the way making the young girl behind the till move down to serve me, there was no hi, good evening, nothing. The 3 staff continued there conversation as if I wasn't there, I payed for the items, I made a point of saying thank you, not one of the staff said thanks, goodbye, nothing. I appreciate they probably don't care, but to work in retail and not even acknowledge a customer is quite rude, maybe some social skills and training needed

Service can be slow at times but Gwen is amazing and so friendly! I always leave with a smile on my face after she has served me.

Great roadside service area with Costa, Subway, supermarket etc.etc and not overpriced like some either ?

Stopped off here on 22/09/2022, and used the facilities whilst there.Probably the most disgusting toilet I have ever been in. The sink and handryer were brown with filth and I won't even mention the toilet.The worst thing was the baby change shelf which was also covered in brown stains. I pity any poor parent who might need to do a nappy change here.This was ground in filth, so I doubt the facility is ever cleaned.Avoid!
