Absolutely bloody brilliant! Couldn?t believe how soon my phone call was picked up, especially as I rang first thing in the morning. I couldn?t get an appt anywhere, but I made one phone call to an exceptionally polite young lady and was seen the same day. Very welcoming staff on arrival, and great atmosphere within the practise. Highly recommended. Thanks Sevenfield!

Cannot praise Severnfields Medical practice highly enough. Contacted surgery this afternoon about prescription. Receptionist was lovely and very helpful. Recieved text from Dr Brown just now confirming that requested changes had been authorised. Outstanding service ? ?

Appointments can often be late as much as 30 minutes and the building is large so can be a little hard to navigate but a good practice on the whole. I?ve been here for many things from therapy, to vaccinations, to having an ear infection looked at. Has a pharmacy right in the building so you?re able to pick up prescriptions quickly if you get a paper one. Lots of parking.

I contacted the practice via eConsult on Tuesday morning, my eConsult was dealt with very promptly, I was able to visit the practice on my way home from work, this was extremely helpful. On arriving at the practice the receptionist was training another receptionist, when I gave my name, both were very helpful and knew exactly what I need, I was able to complete what I needed and leave. Shortly after, I was contacted and a prescription was provided to a local chemist which unfortunately was closed. I replied to the text message and asked for my prescription to go to an alternative chemist that was open and very luckily this was done immediately and I was able to pick up my medication and start it straight away. Great service, I was very impressed from start to finish and very thankful for the prescriber changing the pick up chemist to ensure I received my medication.

Rung up for a appointment as I was struggling to get my breath told by receptionist to ring 119 nhs rung 119 they phoned Severn fields and got a telephone consultation same dayI would not recommend this practice at all

Attended for an appointment today with Dr Samuel and the appointment was excellent. Dr Samuel was a breath of fresh air, a lovely mix of professionalism and personable. Made my son feel at ease and reassured.

I had an on the day appointment, and in terms of accessing this appointment, I was very happy with the service (I have been registered elsewhere at an equally large/busy practice, where the wait times for an appointment and in the call queue were similar, if not longer.). I contacted reception after self managing my symptoms after seeking advice from my local pharmacy, the pharmacist had given me a course of antibiotics which had helped, but not quite cleared the symptoms, hence my call to the practice. The receptionist I spoke to was friendly and asked me if I could give a brief description of the reason for my call in order for her to find me a suitable appointment. I was booked in with one of the Advanced Nurse Practitioners, who prescribed me an alternative treatment to try for my symptoms, I collected the medication and commenced the treatment the same afternoon. All in all, I found my experience with the practice to be efficient from start to finish and was happy with the outcome given the pressures that the medical system has been under for quite some time.
