Ordered a shower online and collected at this store. When I got home I found the seal was broken on the box and found inside everything had been opened, obviously a return to the store. I was not told of this when I collected the shower, which is most dishonest of the staff especially during the time of covid.I returned the shower to the Telford branch in exchange for an unopened box. The staff at Telford were excellent, unlike the staff at Shrewsbury!

Screwfix used to be the go to place for the best prices but usually Toolstation is cheaper on a like for like basis although Screwfix still has a bigger stock range. Screwfix is still good for its offers and I picked up some great offers when I was there.

Very good store, no waiting to be served and if the items are not in stock they usually arrive next day with a txt to keep you informed of the situation
