I have been using this garage for a few years now having moved to the area. They've always been a trusted garage, very professional, efficient and convenient. However, today they went above and beyond! After speaking to Kate about an issue with one of our vehicles which is needed for delivery work, Mike & Dave made a trip and identified the issue quickly. They managed to squeeze the vehicle in to do an immediate repair despite how busy they were as they appreciated the urgency. AMAZING customer service which is rarely seen these days. Would 100% recommend even if it means travelling from further afield to work with a trusted garage, again, something rarely found these days. Thank you all.

I've been here a few times now, originally on a recomendation from a friend. The company is professional, offer a good value, and are quick. When I went last year and had some issues with the car, the mechanic showed me around the vehicle and explained the problem with it and the solution. They are very good and I recommend. I travel from Shrewsbury to go here.

I was thrilled with the service provided by Plough Garage. Finn arranged collection and delivery of my car to suit me, and provided me with a lovely clean courtesy car to use in the meantime. I haven't always been so lucky! My car was looked at on the same day, they diagnosed an issue I'd been having with my rear windscreen wipers, advised me of the costs to fix it, and sorted my aircon out.Their customer service, knowledge and skills are exceptional.
