Food was Pizza Hut so great thin pizzas and salad bar.
Girl serving was good. Place was empty despite it being evening meal time, is that due to the prices? Crazy price for a pizza no wonder it was empty, not again for me

We were 4 dining, got out drinks and pizzas quickly. It was relatively late, the restaurant was completely empty besides us. I like my crust very thin and their thinnest crust is not very thin, other than that the pizza was good

You know what you're getting. The weekday buffet was great value for food, drink and ice cream. Shame about the obnoxious guests everywhere.
Staff were friendly and welcoming. Ordered and paid via app then got my own food from buffet.

Pizza Hut - Shrewsbury - 6 of us went for tea this evening for my daughters birthday. The service was fantastic as soon as we walked in. Adam, the whole evening was just amazing. Answered my questions (its been a while since my Mum and Dad went so they weren't sure on sizes of the pizzas etc) and he told me about the deals they had. My husband and I shared the Sharer meat feast, the children who are 3 and 5 shared the mini kids meal which for £7.99 came with salad, pizza, dessert and a drink. My Mum and Dad shared the individual Pepperoni. Plus X2 bottles of San Miguels. I used my Meerkat rewards so got 25% off the bill. So total was £51.47 and we all left extremely full! Bargain for 4 adults and 2 children! Adam even bought the birthday cake out for us and sang Happy Birthday.

Places feels very aged and dated.Both our pizza were overcooked and you don't get a lot for the price we paid. The lettuce on the salad bar was brown and wilted.On a positive note, the staff were friendly.

Came here for my birthday and did not disappoint. Lovely service and a wide range of things to choose from. I had the pepperoni with hot honey and omg it was so good!! 10/10

Very let down yesterday after we called in for a table for 3 in a near completely empty restaurant only to be told we had to be booked in advance and they were fully booked. Obviously we were more than bemused as there were only 3 cars on the carpark and the restaurant was completely empty. Clearly the children working at this particular restaurant didn?t want the work and I?m sure that if anyone higher above reads this they would obviously agree that this us clearly no way to run a business????.
