Nice place, staff were welcoming. Food okay, although you have to cut it yourself, as someone with arthritis this was difficult to do with a blunt pizza cutter.

Love this pizza express food is always awesome and staff are lovely. I just find it frustrating that they let people's kids run around screaming when you are trying to eat. I have kids, we don't let them run past people's tables. It's a little annoying when you are paying the same too but they don't have to consider anyone else. The staff should prevent this. Also it's a little cold in the building I always eat with my coat on!

Called in for our annual post Theatre Severn Panto meal, nobody else in when we got there, (though they had clearly had customers in), so we asked could they accommodate us. Yes, no problems.
Shown to a table, ordered taken and drinks served, all good.
The table not laid, which is fine, though cutlery brought.
Normally when cutlery has been used for starters additional items are brought out after the starters are cleared.
So, the mains brought out, we had to ask for extra cutlery (so some members of the party had food going cold while they waited).
Black Pepper (I still don't understand why it can't be on the table) and Parmesan Cheese offered, which I said yes please to.
Also, a younger member of our party requested a drink, so the cutlery, drink and pepper all brought as one.
The Parmesan Cheese never appeared.
The food good, have dropped a star as two of the dishes served in cold bowls, so while food hot it went cold before finished even ignoring the cutlery wait.
Why I have given the service one star, is once our mains brought out, not once did the gentleman who served us bother to check if everything ok or if we needed anything more; drinks spring to mind.
By this stage as he relaying nearby tables he would have hardly been going out of his way to ask.
He did come over once we finished, cleared our plates then promptly returned with the bill, which we had not asked for.
Didn't ask if we wanted Dessert or Coffees, which we did, or again anymore drinks.
As mentioned, we asked before entering if they could accommodate us, and as we made our way to the exit there was another party that had come in after us, still on their mains, so it not as if by rushing us out the door they could lock up and go home.
A pity really as we have always enjoyed the two parts of our evening sadly the second half was let down by this gentleman.

We had a delivery we have been here twice now first time we had it was amazing but second time was a let down the dough balls we?re burnt the pizza wasn?t cut properly we had to do that for are selfs and the dips like pesto was liquid honestly I think they were lazy as yeah we ordered late 9:30pm they close at 10pm but come on guys you had half an hour to do things proper not rush honestly not happy so I?m expecting a refund

Food was delicious.
We arrived 7.15pm for dinner with our children, we expected a quick pizza! We didn?t leave until 9.45pm!
The restaurant wasn?t full, but service was just so slow, I had to call a server over, to order drinks, be given menus and to order food, ask to clear our table.
There was plenty of staff, they looked busy but they just didn?t seem very efficient. Not helped by deliveroo /uber drivers coming in, in their droves, surrounding our table.

My lasagna was burnt, and food took ages to arrive.

Arrived already booked a table, asked for my name, which is simple to spell. Said we didn?t have a table, in a rude manner, so spelt out my name which is quite easy to spell being Tilly. Turns out we did have a table, she showed us to our table. It had been about 20 mins when she came to take our order, and asked us have i taken your oder. We said no not yet, she replied I thought I did? i we ordered our main, which she said you guys aren?t having a started we said not she was really rude and seemed offended we didn?t want started. Said our mains which I ordered a large, American pizza. My friend ordered hers and then she went to talk away and we asked if we could order our drinks. She turned and sighed at us? about 15 mins later are drinks came in a warm glass. Then about 30 mins later are pizzas arrived. Mine being a normal size pizza. I couldn?t be bothered to question it as it seemed like her first language wasn?t English, and as she was previously really rude to us. After we Finnish she was quick to get our plates we asked for a dessert as I was still hungry. My friend ordered a cheese cake, 20 mins later she came up and said we can?t have the cheesecake without a warm drink, she said she didn?t want one. She continued to read out the hot drinks they have and she said I don?t want one as I won?t drink it. She said well then you can?t have the cheese cake. Choose something else, without giving her a menu. She asked what was on the menu can she see one she moaned at us again. Then my freind chose what she wanted. We waited another 20 mins for it to arrive then when we finished waited another 20 mins for the bill where we made eye contact with us lots and was ignoring us. We had to go up and pay.

Lovely food and service but the restaurant is very noisy.
Dietary restrictions: Before we got seated they ask if we have any dietary requirements.

Food was delicious. We had the garlic prawn pizza and the American double cheese - both so so good. Free doughballs if you get the app (which the staff encouraged us to do). Service was incredibly quick and always very lovely and helpful. Desserts were gorgeous too.

We had a great experience this evening. Our server Dani was exceptionally good- a real credit to the restaurant, and very accommodating with my friend's allergies. We would certainly return!
