Having shopped at Phase Eight in Shrewsbury for many years, and have been delighted with the whole experience, I write to say that my last two visits to the shop have not been so pleasant or welcoming. Ion each of the two occasions I found the staff abrupt and quite snotty. Will not be visiting the shop again

Wonderful experience this morning personal shopping with the lovely Chloe. She had possible dresses, shoes and fascinators laid out beautifully on arrival and we were offered a glass of bubbly! I may not have found the dress yet but my daughter and I had a lovely time with chloe she was so helpful and friendly ?

Made my wife feel special, definitely going back. If only for a warm as we are homeless lol.

Was so nice to finally be able to purchase what I was after, I had been out to Birmingham and Telford this week and had no luck in finding what I was after.
Got myself a little navy jacket to go with my outfit for a wedding I'm going to this weekend.
The lady who served me and my mom was great, they didn't have what we wanted out at the time so she went in the back and bought out the items we were after. Didn't get her name but she was an amazing staff member. Phase Eight have got a good team member there in Shrewsbury.

I ordered a large selection of clothes online, I returned to the Shrewsbury branch where I was met by two very pleasant, helpful assistants who dealt with the returns and the refund was back in the account used for purchase before I arrived home. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Normally I hate clothes shopping. But the 2 assistants were so supportive. They were attentive, honest and nothing was too much trouble. Can definitely recommend this shop.Looking forward to wearing my new dress

I like Phase Eight and they don't have that many stores so I always pop in when I'm in Shrewsbury. Staff are lovely and clothes are good. Store is quite small so not much room for manoeuvre but has changing room.

They have such beautiful clothing and the quality is impeccable. Sophie helped me while I was in and she was a star! I doubt I would have ended up buying anything without her help finding things that would look good on me and suited my needs for work.
