Poor customer service, we were wanting to enquire about two guinea pigs and waited to be served but no one came over to speak to us. Even when two members of staff made eye contact they just ignored us and stood idle or walked off somewhere. We decided to go to Abbie's and it was a much better experience, we suggest them

Saturday 21st June 2025 . Syrian Hamster purchase .
A Huge thank you to Kate for being so attentive and helpful when our 7 year old son came in to choose his first Syrian hamster . She stayed with us to help Jude pick out all the kit for his future home and Jude really enjoyed being part of this process. Kate advised on many aspects of his care going forward . Thank you Kate !

I can't speak for things for other pets, but I have 2 leopard geckos that need to eat live food. Crickets are always dead in there every single time I go in. Terrible
