Highly recommend!I have been to Paperwrite twice and the quality of the product was excellent each time, as was the service from Adrian.The first visit was to have a sentimental, large size canvas photo scanned, printed and mounted in a frame. I had asked at several other stores beforehand but no one could do the job due to the size of the canvas. Several of them recommended Paperwrite. The quality of the result was brilliant - my Dad was very happy with it and said it was his favourite Christmas present! Adrian also sent me an electronic copy so we now have a backup.The second visit was for an A1 poster printing. Again Adrian did a great job on high quality paper, and in very quick time.Thank you again,Matthew

I had never visited this shop before and needed to find out if they could print out a PDF picture which I needed for a birthday card. When I asked the question the guy just shrugged his shoulders and looked at me like I'd just asked for the shirt off his back! I asked if this was something he could do and again just shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know. I said 'oh, ok' He then said 'You need to send it and I can have a look' I then said 'OK and how should I do that' He then pointed at a card they had on the counter with the email on it. Considering I'd never stepped foot in there before and didn't know how the place worked, I was quite shocked at the poor level of customer service and this person's very abrupt and answers. He did not smile once and was not at all welcoming. There was only 1 other customer in the shop at the time so it wasn't as if he was run off his feet! I understand that we can all have bad days or might be feeling a bit under the weather, but unfortunately there was no way I was giving this shop my business when he couldn't so much as force a little smile at least. Shame really as this is local to me, but I did manage to sort it in the end to a much nicer company, which I will be leaving positive reviews on their website.

Three of those stars are for being open at the weekend when all the others are closed, one more for having everything I want and the fifth for helpful service. In the past I have emailed the work from home to pick up in store, this time I had to print, sign, scan, get an envelope, beg a staple. All good and helpful. Thank you.

Really disappointed by the lack of service at Paperwrite. .Took a painting in for framing in November. . The style of frame was a challenge but I was willing to ride the Christmas demand the staff had. On discovering that nothing had been done by mid January I drove around DIY stores and sourced the materials online on behalf of Nick. I have had to ring to chase, not had some calls returned, had to go in several times to to see whether anything had progressed. Finally went in yesterday to discover that Nick had not done anything at all towards getting my picture framed, this being a couple of weeks short of 4 months since I dropped the painting off. The only thing that I can surmise from this is that Nick is either unable to follow through with anything that?s a challenge, is unable or unwilling to prioritise a long standing order and/or couldn?t be bothered.I but feel that it?s unacceptable to make a customer feel anxious in having to deal with this situation. No apology was forthcoming and I will certainly be sharing my experience with anyone who wants to know how Paperwrite perform.
