Absolutely awful customer service from the manager.
My friends and I ordered a take away on Tuesday, we placed our order for delivery for 6:45pm, which arrived at 8:15pm.
The food all needed to be re-heated as it was freezing cold.
I rang the restaurant to speak to the manager to explain for him to tell me not to order from there again, as they don't need our custom anyway and hung up!!!!
£75 we paid for our order for our friends birthday night in, and it was the worst food I've ever tasted! It all went in the bin!
Appalling customer service and disgusting food; you've definitely lost our custom!!!!!!!

We're from Wolverhampton and Indian food is taken very seriously there. Your chefs came up with some great food which we'll definitely have again.
I'll give you 4.5 stars.

I ordered vegetable samosas, but instead were given meat samosas and I ate a couple.
All of my life I?ve never eaten meat. It made me very unwell. The following day the doctor sent me to hospital where I had blood tests and a CT scan. I told Onslow Balti Lounge about this and they were awfully rude to me.

Ordered online and gave 2 hours notice. Food turned 45 minutes late and cool. Had phoned twice and told them it was our first time with them and I would be putting bad review regarding delivery time After heating in microwave chicken wings were inedible. Main courses had no taste, husband added chilli to his so it became a bit more authentic. I'm not sure if I put blindfold on that I could have said what I was eating. Very expensive for poor quality and very disappointed. Do not recommend anyone go there unless you want bland, coloured food and you don't want value for your hard earned money.

Nice enough restaurant but it lacked atmosphere and the food was quite bland. Maybe we just caught it at a bad time but I doubt it as it was coming up to christmas.

Ordered a takeaway with the wait times stated 55 minutes. It then turned up 3 hours later and was cold. Staff wouldn't do anything about the situation.

Loved this place. Really fantastic meal at the Onslow. Very good food indeed. Superb service and a nice atmosphere. ???? Chicken Jalfrezi highly recommended.

Toilets in pub doors don't lock and are not clean the curry house is nice clean bright, disappointing pub

Very rude dealing with the customers , asked for starters at pub and were planning to takeaway the main course , but the man who was in reception straight away said that it is not possible to have only starters at pub without having any main cours??

Good size portions. Staff we nice, there was group booking of us(16) so they got alittle confused but soon sorted it all out. Would go again
