Excellent place for both men and women to shop, there today and I bought jeans which I tried on in the spacious changing room and I bought them and a diffuser for our home, my husband tried on linen trousers and then he bought them, we had a coffee and sandwich in the Costa on site. An excellent experience, staff friendly too.

Whilst in a queue if 4 people..one staff member moved coat hangers, one asked where Chloe was!, one emptied boxes and one walked around with a ear piece doing god knows what! When will shops learn people don't want to queue watching staff do apparently nothing!

Won?t give a refund even though there is clearly a fault with the clothing and the it is still brand new tags on. Manager very rude.

They have a large mens section, however unlike other stores even smaller ones, they have almost no jeans. Now this wouldn't be an issue... Except for the fact that the batch they have in is smaller than normal.

Helpful assistant in the furniture department. However he was wearing beach wear, totally inappropriate the day after her majesty's death. Totally disrespectful attire.

It's next......receive a reminder during lockdown to collect an item. Not an essential store, so attend 3 days after email, to be told item has been returned that morning! No allowances for covid. Left standing outside (-2) while the store and details were checked 3 times before being told of return.

Shocking service from the young man (ginger hair and glasses). on the collection point. He was rude and could see that I could not manage to carry the rather large boxes at the collection point. He was more interested in chatting to the staff about how busy the store was because he was serving rather than actually offering good customer service. Very very disappointing service ????????
