Had my tracking done twice recently here, last time was the other day after having new rear tyres fitted. Was concerned when saw the fitter taking a gas touch to the front of my car, i asked as to why?. Was told the the adjustment nut had been sized up and slightly damaged by the use of some grips to free it last time, problem i have is that i used this depot for my last adjustment!Told the fitter that but it was shrugged off. Later affer the work, i took car away. Car pulling hard into right lane now, eorst than before. Took it straight back.After another further 30 mins or more (been there 2 hours already) i was told it was the best they could get and i might have a camber or suspension issue!!. Car just about ok now but will be taking it to dealers next time for a proper check.

I don't live locally and needed an emergency tyre to be able to travel home safely after Christmas. Despite being busy Mr Tyre agreed to change the tyre and did so quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. Thank you for coming to my rescue!

Called for tyres brand new ones they said £62. I wanted to compare with market price since moving here Shrewsbury garages charges more than market price. I politely said I will you back but the person replied?no you wont? I felt that was really rude and appealing behaviour as I was speaking nicely. After that I compared with another Shrewsbury garage and here we go the price shoot down to £40 for same size new tyres.I will kindly ask to make customer service better as you could lose customer on this way.
