From a very professional first appointment with Will, it went downhill. In the initial brochure the agreed price was wrong, some edits to photographs I asked for were missed, room measurements were wrong, the description of my house as an end terrace was wrong, it was a mid terrace etc. I gave them the opportunity to correct all these errors in the second brochure, some were corrected, but not all. Consequently I did not feel confident in asking them to market my house.

I recently bought a property that was up for sale with Miller Evans. Setting up appointments for viewings was confirmed by email and they made an effort to fit us in when travelling some distance. Harry, who showed us around was lovely and gave us time to consider the property, not rushing us. There were issues below me in the chain on the day of purchase and the office staff were helpful, reassuring and went above and beyond to try and push to get the keys and move in asap.
