The actual experience was great, but all around my eyebrows there is ripped skin and it has been three days since the appointment and I still have cuts and burns, which I have never experienced with any other salons/professionals.

I?ve been going to get wax done by her for almost 5 years and I am always given the best customer service, she is so lovely and always have a lovely chat. Couple of months I have went and gotten a laser patch test for my underarms and from just that alone I have seen massive results. I highly recommend getting laser even thought it can be a tad bit painful it?s worth it.

First appointment with Ana, she was recommended to me by a sister-in-law as I had a horrific experience at a previous salon. I was really nervous as the pain I experienced last time was traumatic, Ana put me at ease straight away, I had a Hollywood, under arms and lower leg wax can?t say it was completely painless as waxing never is but it was certainly the least painful wax I?ve ever had, I was made to feel extremely comfortable and the bed and pillow I could have fallen asleep on under different circumstances. Ana was lovely and pleasant and the whole atmosphere felt very relaxing just what you want when someone is down in the nether region. Will definitely be going back to Ana again and taking my teen daughters for there treatments too.

Ana is lovely, facilities great and services competitively priced. Been to her for waxing previously and just trying the new laser hair removal services. Ana recommends 6 sessions to tell if laser will work for you, I have seen a difference after only one session! (And as a redhead this was definitely a surprise)
