Ordered a plain chicken wrap as daughter is allergic to milk so couldn?t have the ceased sauce, it came with everything on including the ceased sauce, tried to ring but guy said he couldn?t hear me so got home(live 15 miles away) and now no answer or gets cut off, fuming

Used this McDonald?s twice over the past two days. Once drive thru, once in store, both at around 00:30-01:00. Both experiences were excellent. Fast and efficient, very friendly staff which you don?t always get everywhere, and all food was fresh and of good quality. I?m impressed by this McDonald?s, it appears to be one of the best!!

Very quick and amazing food quality.
Lots of parking available.
Staff friendly and helpful with children, bringing our crayons and paper to colour whilst waiting for food.

Poor service poor food temperature ?? and they missed 2 cheeseburgers off our meal. This is a new refurbished restaurant so you would not think they would be that poor ?
Half drinks were supplied and service was terrible... Sort it out McDonald's

Despite it being rather busy the service was quick and food came hot and fresh. Toilets were clean.

Honestly never waited so long for food in any restaurant ever! There was a cleaner mopping the floor where the workers were getting the food ready and whilst I stood there 2 people slipped on the floor. Not ideal. Waited 25 minutes for our food which was wrong and then half of it was freezing by the time the right food arrived. Not quite fast food anymore.... but still, everyone loves a maccies!!

On the last two occasions I have ordered a double Big Mac meal from McDonald?s, Meole Brace, Shrewsbury and on both occasions when I got the meal home there has only been a normal Big Mac in the bag, but in a double Big Mac box, tried calling but no one ever answers the phone. Won?t abe using this McDonald?s ever again
