It's changed a bit from the last time I was here. Woman's clothes as you come in, then baby's, children and last men's. The changing room is near the tills and where they used to be is household and sale items.
TBH It seems a lot more open and relaxing but that could just be the time I went.
The staff were helpful and knowledgeable of location of the items I was after and the young lady supervising the self checkout tills was one step ahead of my actions and ready to help.
All in all a great improvement from my last visit.

Good Matalan, buying an suit for my son's graduation from Uni, wanted an extra pair of trousers, as ever they only have one. Had to go to another branch to get the second pair from another branch. Both of them didn't have the waistcoat ?
Hence only four stars.
