Having been struggling with glasses from another well known high street opticians I decided to try Martin Haynes as my husband had recently gone there and was really pleased. I am so glad I did.My eye exam established exactly why I was having problems and the optician explained how a prism in my prescription could help. As soon as I put on my new varifocals, the difference was so noticeable, best glasses I have ever had. All the staff were so patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend.

I?ve been truly impressed by the outstanding customer service at this optician. Their personal and professional approach made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable, and for the first time ever, I have a pair of glasses that I genuinely love and feel amazing in!

My first time at Martin Haynes , having previously been to specsaver ,boots and vision express ! What an amazing difference . I felt looked after by every member of the team .It didn?t feel impersonal and rushed . Great care was taken with my eye test and I was given lots of space to choose and look at specs options . Ash was so approachable and happy to work within my budget and provide a discount .
When my glasses were ready and due to a technical hitch couldn?t make payment , I was told I could take my specs and pay later !
The whole experience was simply a joy and I cannot recommend highly enough . I definitely won?t be going anywhere else for my eye needs in future .

We used to be at a different optician years ago in Shrewsbury and it felt like respite moving to Martin Haynes. The staff are wonderful, caring, attentive, funny, observant. Their attention to detail is lovely and the appointment through to collecting glasses is brilliant. I look forward to these appointments and they have a great tolerance for our indecisiveness and awkward nature.
