Parking awful.. lunchtime.
Tried the restaurant, both items were delivered incomplete with apologies by the staff, why did they not mention this when ordering. Nothing complimentary offered instead, however not the fault of the young waitress who had the unenviable task of delivering the incomplete meals. These were no ordinary meals... these were M&S incomplete meals!!
I expect better of M&S!!

The staff are very friendly and helfpul, but I just wanted to acknowledge one particular member of staff Archie who was serving on the tills. He is extremely welcoming, polite, helpful and just provides the most excellent service. M&S should be very proud having someone like Archie as this hugely enhances the customer experience.

Before coming into your store today I'd fallen over but still had some food shopping to do,when I went to pay at the till a lovely young Scottish lady served me she was SO helpful, packed my shopping with care even offered to get someone to carry it out for me ,she has 5 stars from me . Thankyou ?

Very nice helpful staff, food glorious, could maybe make parking spaces bit wider as it was tight. Car park is always full, doesn't help having to share it with halfords.

A good sized food hall with free parking and a small cafe inside. Usual M&S fare in shop and cafe. Staff friendly enough but surprised there was only 1 manned till. So you have to use the automated checkouts.

Nice food but watch the 'use by' dates. I forgot to check and bought 4 items with less than 24 hours left until the 'use by'. You'd expect food bought on Friday afternoon to last until Sunday. They were selling goats milk (reduced) with a 'use by' of yesterday !

Food produce always first class, there are usually some good offers and a good range of choice. can't shop there again however as I am disabled and can't get a coffee and do my shopping and get off the M&S car park (took me 30 minutes) in under 2 hours. Cost me £60 parking fine.

Tried to return a faulty item that was purchased online. Found Adam at returns to be very condescending. Making me feel very unwelcome. I won't be using this store again. Very disappointed.

What a waste of money! Considering these café's got unlimited in-store food that can be used to make decent food. Over £17 for two cups of coffee&pre made/bagged put in the toaster & a tiny cabatta.

Just came here to get something to eat, we waited a while in the queue for the couple in front to be told there are no kids meals, then when we go served no wraps, no toasties and you can't add bacon or sausage to one ciabatta either, which meant half of the menu they didn't have, very poor for m&s specially when paying the prices they charge as well, specially when it seems prepackaged and not at all fresh compared to other cafes, maybe they should call it the reheat club.When walking out spoke to a store manager about it and said they need to have a sign to say what they haven't got to save customers from wasting their time, for the manager just to keep okay okay and didn't seem overall bothered by it. Fair to say I will not be using a m&s cafe again.
