Small and limited choice but great quality as always with M&S. Slight moan regarding one member of staff who could quite clearly see the queue forming but chose to ignore us and carry on reading paperwork

Well laid out and with escalators to all floors.

There were manned tills at this branch. There was a small 70,% sale . Only negative was a lift out of action so I conquered my fear and used a down escalator as I was not sure if any lift available

I would just like to say how amazing the bra fitting service is in the lingerie department at the Shrewsbury store. From the easy to book on line system to the actual fitting.Louise was amazing and I felt, went above and beyond to help me.From making me feel at ease, to her knowledge of the fitting process.It was a lovely relaxed atmosphere and I would recommend Marks and Spencers fitting service. I also brought 2 of the most comfortable bras I've ever had.And no I didn't feel pressured to buy these Absolutely lovely experience!Thank you Louise and the team.

Amazing cafe here in Shrewsburys M&S, I don't know why the Birmingham one doesn't have one as I work in Birmingham and would be there all the time.
Both meals were fab, wish we could buy them from the food department.

Helpful friendly staff today, bank holiday Monday. A lovely lady at the door & another lady on the shop floor. I was trying to find a suitcase as my backpack was on its last legs & I was on a hiking holiday. Sadly no suitcases, however, great service.
