I do not bank with Lloyds bank but having had reports of fraud and a card linked with myself Louise was very helpful and took her time to go through my details to make sure I hadn't been scammed in any way. Thank you for taking time with me whilst not being a customer I could have been told to just make a phone call. Thank you again.

Such a ridiculous idea to have one cashier working on a busy lunchtime. This is when people who work in the town are on their lunch break and pop into the bank! I was waiting in a queue for half an hour and the girl who was the only cashier was a trainee. I know I wasn't the only one frustrated and angry. So short sighted of management to have all the other cashiers on their lunch break at the same time!

The customer service girl was shown racism towards me and wasting my time for asking unnecessary documents which is not acceptable in the bank. I was a customer in my old place, but, I will never open an account in Shrewsbury Lloyds.
The girl was so rude & worst behavior I?ve ever seen in my life. She is not suitable for the frontline customer services & she doesn?t have the proper knowledge about bank & banking documents.

The bank doesn't even offer customised statements. I needed a 3 month bank statement for the visa application but they don't offer this basic service.
Such an outdated bank.

Opened an account and use this particular branch for multiple transactions. Always friendly staff and minimum waiting times at the counters. Ample machines available and in working order too!

I have never experienced such gross incompetence and poor customer service in my life. I have entered this branch on THREE occasions to resolve my issue with my User ID and each time was totally disregarded and palmed off. I came in with my (at times crying toddler) and was provided with no assistance. My issue was not important enough to qualify for an appointment and was made to wait each time for up to 40 minutes. When I would then call lloyds customer service line, they told me to go in branch and vice versa. I cannot dissuade customers more from this bank and this branch in particular. My husband and I will be closing all of our accounts and moving elsewhere. Shrewsbury Lloyds should be absolutely ashamed of themselves but judging by the smirk of the employee who I spoke to, no such emotion is possible.
