Top notch service. Went in to get my radio sorted, it got checked and left with the shop for a day and was ready for me the following morning. Easy, hassle-free service, no mucking about. Would highly recommend.

Had been having major issues with my Kenwood in car system for nearly two years, functions erratic, radio, on/off, rear camera same, no hands free, after several phone calls and conflicting advice as to the issues, and most merchants telling me the unit was FU and needed replacing at costs anywhere between £500 and £1600, I was not amused. I phoned Les after seeing the many excellent reviews on this site and agreed a visit for the following Saturday, we rolled up about 13.00 hrs, Les finished dealing with a customer, 5 mins and immediately picked up his tool bag and headed for my truck, within the hour the unit was working fine, full sat/nav, radio, camera and CD, the only thing that could not be fixed was the hands free and that was a software issue with the head unit as it is not compatible with my current iPhone, however, they gave me some advice on how to get round the issue and the hands free will be sorted by Wednesday and it is something I can do myself, ergo, no cost. I am more than pleased as I had described in detail the woes of the Kenwood and was fully expecting to fork out several hundred pounds for a new system, they could have said, 'oh yes, it's had it and you need this or that at ??? cost' but they didn't, they where honest and straight, not like all the other rip off merchants I had previously spoken with. In all, 5 star service, really genuine and nice people, excellent technical knowledge, more than reasonable cost at just £25, and above all, the honesty not to make a 'fast buck'. I will be recommending them going forward to anyone that needs such services. Thanks Les and the team!

Rude Rip off merchants, purchased an antenna and asked if someone could show me how it it fitted, after some assistance I was asked to pay an additional £20!!! I refused so they took antenna I purchased and refused to refund. Stay well clear and use a reputable company not these clowns
