Extremely unhelpful staff who offered no help in getting my tyre in or out of the car filthy lavatory for customer use after I?d moved the tyre myself. On collection similar disinterest. The tyre was returned grossly over inflated at a potentially dangerous press of 42 psi. That?s an error of almost 25% which I consider to be frankly reckless. Certainly uncaring.

I had a very good experience with Kwik Fit in Castle Foregate last weekend when I was visiting family in Shrewsbury. My exhaust box had fallen off on route the previous day and after a visit to Halfords, who gave me a quote my brother recommended calling Kwik Fit. I spoke with Jake who phoned me back within minutes to say they were able to get the part and fit it that afternoon (Saturday) and their quote was £150 cheaper than Halfords. I arrived at the workshop at 3pm and dealt with a very pleasant man (Matt) who completed the work within 45 minutes. He was very helpful and super friendly and I felt very confident the work had been carried out to a high standard. Thank you!
