Home rip-off. Poundland, Tesco, M&S, etc. are all within walking distance and have many of the same low prices. Hardly offers anything unique or standout.

Waited at the checkout patiently this afternoon at home bargains raven meadows Shrewsbury, there were no shopping separators left to put my items on so I held onto them and popped onto the belt after one became free after a customer (couple) had made their purchase. Unbeknownst to me there was still an item the customer before me intended to pay for. I assumed it was the customers behind me. The checkout operator then scolded me saying this is why I should put my items on the belt. As if I'm an idiot and have never set foot inside a retail establishment before. Plain rude and disrespectful. Not only were there no item separators to put my item down in the first place, there was no indication from the customer infront they still had items to pay for. Perhaps reinforce some customer service training towards staff. Not impressed.

A typical Home Bargain store inside the Raven Meadows shopping centre. Good selection of home wear, basic food, gardening, toiletries and seasonal items etc at cheap prices. No fridges at this store, so no cold drinks, or milk.

A good sized store on one level. They have most of the basic needs available and at great prices. Items include homeware, domestic cleaning materials, groceries, soft drinks and alcohol, toys, kitchenware and snacks such as crisps and chocolate bars. They also cater to seasonal needs, such as Easter, Christmas, Halloween etc. I have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend shopping here.

I was told to get out of the shop when i did nothing by the lady at the till me and my friends were confused as she kept screaming at us and she refused to tell us why.

Awful staff, one loudly laying into another about tidying and then one woman on till being extremely unpleasant to customers about the store being closed (it was before close), despite customers being friendly to her and trying to get through as quickly as possible. I'd never otherwise complain but seems wrong someone can be that rude, making it out like there was something so terrible going on and loudly complaining in customers faces. Get a grip.
