Dreadful meal. Waited for an hour and when received our rack of beef was burnt and cold. Our grandsons ribs were burnt. After some protests they reduced our bill.
During the conversation with their manager he never took his eyes of his pad once and did not offer any apology except to argue that it "takes time to get it up to heat", something which I could not fathom and which if anything was slightly ironic bearing in mind the state of our meal.

Bit fed up because very skint after Christmas .Saw the 50% off mains offer so came for a meal with my Son and partner to treat them after a bad couple of weeks .Was asked at beginning if I had the code for 50% off I said yes and got my phone out but he said he would scan it after the meal . Anyway we had to wait about 90 minutes and by the time we finished and we paid I was not reminded of the voucher and because we waited so long we had forgot ..I couldnt see bill and told them this (No glasees) got home and £ 80 pound bill bank notification. I know I should of remembered but they knew I had this 50% off and chose not to remind me .
Next time I will pay upfront and get the code scanned because I think they do it last because they know some folk will forget especially after a couple drinks . I'm poor and this was a rare treat and now I just feel depressed . Also the rib eye was all fat and my meal was missing cornbread plus Harvester famous for its Rotisserie Chicken had none .

Unsure why we do it to ourselves. Give it the benefit of the doubt after a long period of not going and every time we do we regret it. I cannot fault the service but the food on the other hand is terrible. Really let?s the place down. When spending £70 for a meal for 2 adults and 1 child (that?s with no desserts) you would expect a nice meal, it?s sadly everything but that. Will not be visiting again, hopefully learn our lesson now, we?ve been three times and it isn?t very nice.
