Had to go to store twice to collect order as told 1st time not arrived. Very slow service to get items that should have been in store anyway. Won't order again from Halfords.

Visited the Halfords store on quite a busy day. The staff were available, approachable and knowledgeable. I bought a model of dashcam I didn't know about and feel very happy about my purchase, mainly because of the explanation given me by the the staff.
I have a fitting date booked that suits me and my commitments
I would highly recommend the store.

Horrible staff member (female - grey hair) very aggressive - told us ?universal coolant does NOT exist? I know full well it does. She then conceded it does, they just don?t sell it. Very unprofessional.

Ordered a CV charger last Wednesday 23/07/25 at Meole bracelet Shrewsbury and was unsure which one for my car. Thanks to Tim who was on the check out help me out, His customer service was 1st class. Went today Tuesday 29/07/25 to pick it up and who was on the till again was Tim who recognize me from last week and got my parcel st8 away. First class service thanks again Tim will be back .

I always find Halfords stores well stocked and staff are helpful. It?s not the cheapest but as we all know , buy cheap, buy twice. To be fair, even their own cheaper brands are decent quality.
