Located inside the Asda Esso garage. All the usual products. Service was quick, but I've definitely been served by more cheerful staff at other Greggs. Good value as always

I have tried and tried with this Greggs, apparently they don?t do hot food or drinks to use your free rewards!
The breakfast was once again cold and nonexistent of brown sauce.
The cleaning spray was left next to the sugars & milk, I asked a member of staff if it should be moved, the response ?no?!
I moved it as a family with young children were heading my way?risk assessment maybe carried out.
Oh and may I say ?thank you? for the full humiliation from the staff upon asking a question.
I won?t be returning!
This has no reflection on Esso the Garage because they do offer a polite and friendly service.

Girl with half black hair and half coloured hair with all the facial piercings was so rude! I stood there for ages waiting to be served because she was on her phone, then she threw my cold sausage roll on the counter without so much as a grunt, and then went straight back to her phone. Her attitude is absolutely disgusting! Will never use this branch again. Visited 08/02/24 at roughly 12pm.

Well looking at all the negativity I?ve just read, I would just like to add my views on the Bayston Hill branch of Greggs and say we were more than satisfied with every aspect of the food , and especially the service and politeness of the young lad called Liam that served us first class, He deserves to go far in the industry,Well done Liam. food average, grumpy rude unpleasant obnoxious staff. my pastie was pretty much thrown at me across the counter.no doubt the results of a generation that thinks the using of a machine instead of communicating with another human being is easier but cant comprehend the longer term detrimental effects.
