My husband and I popped in today having brought a games console for the kids and were pretty clueless to how the gaming world worked.We spoke to Gary who couldn't have been more helpful.He took time to explain lots of different options, parental controls, how to download/stream and even gave us some money saving tips.Friendly, knowledgeable great customer service. ?? ?
