Passed MotBut needed a oil changeNew tyreWippersFilterMini service, which I had done in furrows December.Anyway, not sure if it's because I am a woman, but the estimated was £437, suddenly when I picked it up it was £471, I don't know hoo much these places cost, but I will be shopping around from now on.

I took my car to this garage to have a service. They told me after the service I needed new brake pads and shoes. So I got that done. A few weeks later my hand brake went. I took it to another garage to get that checked out for them to tell me the garage (f1) who changed the pads and the shoes didn?t tighten the wheel clamps (or whatever they are called) basically could of caused me a major accident and put my life at risk driving the car. When the other garage checked out the handbrake disks (shoes)??? They said they need replacing and the other garage should have seen this when changing the shoes and pads!! So basically F1 left me with a car with no/very little braking system! I?m shocked and extremely angry! I paid for a job to be done correctly and safely (which wasn?t cheap, I can tell you)! To be left with a car that has put my life at risk every time I got into it!!! I do not recommend this garage to anyone!!! ??

Great service. Picked up a puncture as was around the corner New Years Eve, popped in and left the car with the staff. All done and dusted within 2hrs

Fantastic service from Adam and Kirby. Adam is a friendly approachable manager who puts you at ease. He is an excellent communicator and knows how to treat his customers well. Kirby knows his stuff and is always happy to discuss the work he has done on the car. He makes you feel very reassured that the job has been done well.Seriously we cannot rate these two guys highly enough. So glad we found them!!!

Very good ordered tyres online picked a time and a day turned up 15 minutes early and they made me feel welcome said it would be about an hour to fit four tyre?s and an hour later they were fitted the tyres were good quality and cheaper than other places good service all round

MOT booked for next day. Excellent. Worn ball joint failed, ouch. Replaced quickly and at a good price £190. The mechanic was very good discussing his work. Highly recommended.

Adam at Formula One Shrewsbury has been fantastic. He's gone above and beyond what was asked. A great team of friendly helpful people. They fitted me in on a Sunday!!!!! at a moments notice and really helped out. This was a great experience, I felt looked after and can fully recommend.
