Cannot thank these guys enough. My car broke down & I needed new brake discs, pads and calipers. They fixed it within one day and got me back on the road. Service with a smile- Sally was truly excellent as I?m sure the mechanics were too, but I did not speak to them. I cannot recommend these guys enough, I would use again for sure! ???

My car had a service and MOT. I appreciated the tick sheet of items checked and the reasonable price charged. It was good to have my car collected and returned to me. I am likely to use the garage next year for my service and MOT.One complaint. Why was it necessary to add an air freshener in the car? It went straight in the bin as soon as possible . The scent was so over- powering that it affected my breathing.

First Cars helped me and my family get to the in-laws for new year. RAC had recommended the garage yesterday morning after the suspension in our car failed. Sally was lovely to deal with, honest and managed our expectations in case the part didn't come in time. We needn't worried as they had it fixed within 24hrs and we're all set to go. When we move back to the area this will definitely be our 'friendly neighbourhood garage' ?Thank you.

Although managed to get me in last minute for a mot the customer service was pretty poor. I stated that I think one of the tyres may need changing, I was told to take it some where to check, better service would have been to check for me, when I got back I was allowed to drive away with an illegal tyre and told my suspension had gone. No talk of trying to get it repaired just take the money and go. Won?t use again
