I met Matt Bowyer during a viewing with EweMove Estate Agency Shrewsbury. Matt was friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable on the local area. He pointed out things during the viewing that I would otherwise not have paid attention to as a first-time buyer e.g., condition of roof and guttering. I did not end up putting in an offer on the property he showed me. However, due to how easy it was to establish rapport with Matt, I felt comfortable to enquire whether I could contact him if I required any support generally with my house search seeing as I was relocating to the Shrewsbury area, which he was happy for me to do. Matt and I have had several conversations since and he has supported and helped me secure a property which was advertised through another estate agency. I trust Matt and his judgment. He was transparent and objective in the advice he gave and I felt assured in the decision I made regarding the location of the house I ended up purchasing. Indeed, he was infinitely more helpful than the estate agent actually marketing the house!! I would recommend Matt as an estate agent if you are looking for someone to sell your home and I would not hesitate to seek out his services when it is eventually my turn to sell. I would recommend EweMove Estate Agency for buyers too as my experience with Matt and his colleagues was overall positive. The impression I had was one of a genuine interest to help and support in absence of any secondary gain.

Having dealt with other estate agents in the past I am very happy to recommend Greg and Bev to any house seller. They are extremely professional and efficient, gave me expert advice and are very friendly and easy to deal with. Greg made himself very knowledgeable about my property and conducted every viewing on my behalf. Immediately after each viewing he would email me with detailed feedback which was extremely helpful. I will certainly be contacting them again when I move home again!

Not like your run of the mill estate agents!These guys made the process easy! With honesty, transparency, a great knowledge base, great communication , proactiveness, and genuine interest and care in helping and giving a very first class and personal service . . You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. From start to finish every aspect of their help has rated 5 stars. I was nervous about the process of selling and their prompt responses to my questions and responsiveness and timely explanations of the process honestly made this journey as stress free as it could be . A huge thank you to Greg and Bev of Ewemove Shrewsbury. Living abroad, selling my house was a bit more complicated than normal because of distance, communication, etc. Greg and Bev were there for me the whole way through, managing all the relationships with the buyer, solicitors, surveyors, and so on, making my life very easy. Whenever I had any questions or concerns Greg and Bev would always be available to give advice or to solve them.Their approach is very different from what I have experienced previously with traditional estate agents - their initiative, responsiveness and communication skills really set them apart.I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Greg and Bev at EweMove are simply the best. Do not even think about using another estate agent!Greg gave me an honest appraisal of my house, conducted all viewings personally with prompt and useful feedback at all times.Bev, back in the office, dealt with the business side with total efficiency and replied to all my emails promptly with good advice throughout what was a difficult sale.I cannot imagine that any other estate agent would give such unstinting support , time and effort to what was, after all, only one of their sales. What a breath of fresh air - huge kudos to Greg Sloane for bringing a personable service to buying a house. A differentiator to the average lack lustre, ill- or nil-informed approach I have had to tolerate from other estate agents whilst on the search for buying a house from abroad. Nothing has been too much hassle. To those looking to sell a house in the Shrewsbury area I?d highly recommend EweMove.

Not sure EweMove need anymore 5 star reviews... But heres another one for the pile.As others have said, Greg and Bev are consumate professionals and there to support you all the way through the sale or purchase (both for us). It felt more like a collaboration than a traditional client supplier dynamic; moved at the pace we wanted to, gave very realistic valuations (rather than over inflate / over promise). Identifed absolutely perfect buyers for our house, supported our purchase above and beyond what I'd expect from any estate agent.I hope not to move again soon... But if we did and Greg and Bev were still in business, we'd use them again without hesitation.
