Went in for a battery on a Saturday morning, young balding lad behind the counter was very dismissive, claiming that they don?t do anything for old cars? (I had previously got a battery for the same car from ECP) Took my business to GSF Car Parts, much more helpful

Remember if you buy online also check their online carparts4less offering as it can be cheaper even though there is a day longer wait to collect, from the same store.As for the girl at the counter, always most helpful, knows her stuff on cars and the business.I had an issue with not finding a receipt for a refund last year for something my father bought wrong, and found it beyond their 60 day returns window, they were still able to process it. This kind of service ensures returning customers for life. Good stuff.

Quick and painless exchange

It's not often I leave reviews but today I took my mum to collect a car battery she had ordered online from Euro Car Parts and I have to say the lady working there was absolutely fantastic. I'm a wheelchair user and she carried the battery out to the car for my mum and was absolutely friendly and full of smiles/advice. Give this kind lady a raise! Sorry we didn't catch her name but the way someone treats their customers speaks volumes and we would return just for the service. Thank you very much for helping us both.

Slow service but the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They need to improve the time they serve customers particularly when more than one is waiting.
