What a great staff member at this Esso garage, i.e. Mr Kyle. I asked for a favour and he helped me when I need it in emergency. Thats the spirit and efficiency towards customers. Thank you Mr Kyle. It was my pleasure to meet with you. You are a star?.

I inserted £1 for use of the air located at the back of the garage. It wasn?t working & seemed to be drawing air out rather than in.Machine was displaying what I believeTo be error codes. I went & notified a member of staff rightly asking for a refund.Refused to give me a refund as I couldn?t prove I put the £1 in the machine. Stated that many people try it on just to get a£1. I am also now declared a thief. While i respect the system isAbused by others the use of discretion & evaluation of the situation was overlooked in this instance. I was left with even less air & no more change to try again nor was this offered.£1 or £100 it?s the principal. I paid for a service which I did not receive.After asking if his manager Anton could follow up with a refund he just laughed as if he isn?t going to care either. Total lack of common courtesy. It was Boxing Day so think he was a little grumpy he had to work his wonderful job.That was evident as he left the store unmanned without securing the door. Clever clogs. Prove someone took something? ?

The changes made to the store were desperately needed and now looks really good and fresh.....However they need to adhere to the covid rules and stipulate the wearing of face masks, as on last couple of visits I have witnessed a number of visitors entering the store without masks ......very poor and disappointing, and for this reason I no longer use it.
