Absolutely useless the staff in this EE shop they are not trained and don?t have a clue the manager seems to think he knows all!! But can?t help you with the simplest of things ! Call EE and they did all I asked of them over the phone ! Funny that as manager said it?s not possible

If wish did phone shops this would be it. I have yet to have a good experience.
Went in to talk about a battery issue with a pixel 6a, even though I have been told that ee shops can send away for new battery (a problem known to Google) they were next to useless, had me convinced I was wrong. However more Google search has proved me right and some ee shops can do the exchange as a walk-in service, shrewsbury didn't even know this. Ee Oswestry gave me much more helpful service.

Horrendous customer service, 1 star is too much! Missold a package, misleading & when confronted the person who sold it he denied all & walked off!!! ........EE need to look into their employees!!!!

Don't waste your time expecting anything other than sales jargon in this store. They've totally failed to process my broadband order, with no apology for the amount of unnecessary hours spent trying to set it up in the first place. Cocky and defensive manager. The one star is for one colleague was polite at least. Annoyed to the point that I'll be leaving EE.

EE advertised a sim only, no contract monthly deal, I went into the shop to purchase one but I was informed the contract would actually work out at two months because of the cancellation period, a bit disappointed they couldn?t help..

I am not happy for the after sales services of the staff Chris for the EE store at Shrewsbury brach loyalty existing customers 9 years the new policy of the EE store not given the information that without of my knowledge that the policy of EE if you bought that EE store no mention at all verbally that you cannot return the mobile or any product purchased before for my experience from the past I had when renew my contract clearly explain and inform the rules and policy due it will changed now ALTHOUGH you purchased for one day because no paperwork details given to you only they put into their system no send anydetails in my email the confirmation of agreement as copy..only to give is to link when am want to clink the link to seen my contract nothing ..so this staff Chris insist that I agreed for the contract no help iand he was so not listen for me explanation that without my knowledge insisted you sign through digital that I never read and clearly explanation about that I cannot cancel or change like no rights to to cancel I don't understand why the EE company no information for new policy .I am 9 years EE customer ..BE AWARE ..They hide this information that actual buy on the store especially in Shrewsbury branch...RIP OFF ..

Just wanted to say what great service we had from Greg at EE Shrewsbury, my 80 year old mum needed a new phone and Greg listened very carefully to her needs and managed to get her the exact phone and broadband package she wanted and needed and saved her money for an upgraded package in the process, the EE shop in Shrewsbury is a great place to shop and definitely ask for Greg!

Went to the ee in Shrewsbury Town center today with my hubby 15 july 2024 to get help for my hubby's new mobile phone we ask the lady she did not want to help wats the point in having the ee shop wen they don't help people thay just after people money especially when I am disabled

If I could give zero stars, I would. EE Shrewsbury has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Despite having numerous staff members on duty, not a single one seems interested in helping customers. Every time I visit, no one greets me, and when I try to approach them, they avoid eye contact and clearly do their best to avoid serving anyone. To top it off, the manager is completely useless and refused to come out and address my concerns. Absolutely appalling service!

Went in store to sort phone, we spoke to Ben very arrogant and not respectful we put him on phone to the main ee apparently they hung up and it was him who hang up as I seen him do it, I rang back and sorted it myself he didn't have a clue what he was doing absolutely disgrace, trying to laugh behind my back didn't work I thought vodafone where bad.

Customer service non existent. Went into the EE store in Shrewsbury today as I took out a new contract last night via a phonecall with EE. Told I could go into store to collect a SIM card rather then wait 3 + days for it to arrive by post. Explained this to an adviser when I entered the store who literally "huffed" and said he would check. Came back to say yes they could do this asked if I had id. I did have id but unfortunately had an old address on. I appreciate they couldn't do it with an old address but the way I was told this could not be done by them saying " it's just not possible" closing there laptop and literally walking off is just not acceptable. I made a comment that this was "very blunt" but they clearly didn't care. For this reason I've cancelled the 24 month contract I had taken out with EE as a new customer and took a contact out with 3 instead. unacceptable and very poor customer service. The young kid that served me needs to go on a customer service training course.
