Watch out on Sundays. Checkout isn't until 10.30am but they let you in at normal time. There was no indication of this on the way in. Had to wait half an hour to pay. Fine, I just wish I'd known this on entry.

Over priced, cluttered, prices confusing, told afterwards by a person that recommended Dunelm the price often changes when you get to the till and they knock it down. That's great butWhich items ?By how much if at all?Why are many items un priced and not displayed?It's a gambling game it is this price or may not be or may just be what staff decide ?Just having a few big red signs saying sale 50 percent off means nothing if it is not pointed out what's included DrrrrrDidn't get chance to judge staff as just left really confused! was Dunelm depending on your imbarasment standing in a que and under pressure ? ? of being the person that holds every one up. So rather than challenging a item with no pricing tag or wrong price! You will just pay out of imbarasment and pressure the price you only see when you get home. In my mind it's a well thought out scam business practice call it what you like. It's not on I'm young and got my faculties about me. But if I didn't and may be have health problems this would make me a good victim to this ploy. I'm sure trading standards should take over here and protect us from blank, worn out, broken prise tags that have been like this for months. Or is this the normal for Shrewsbury. We know it's not as just across the road at the Range all was good priced and sales were advertised with (ALL 50% OFF in this area) and didn't change when you get to the till!

Good store for bedding. Cafe excellent, drinks are hot and better priced than other local chains very close by... relaxing and not pressured to leave. The air con thing is noisy if it starts up!Surprised the store can afford to have someone who simply stands at the entrance asking of you've ordered anything. Bit odd that. I think most people would simply look for "collection point" or similar if they had.

Pausa cafe in Dunelms is great. Food and drinks good. Prices so reasonable. Staff amazing so friendly and helpful.

This review is in respect of the Cafe, but the shop is also one of my favourites in Shrewsbury.My wife and I popped in during October 2023 and it was my first visit. I thought the cafe was exceptionally clean, had a pleasant ambience and the staff were friendly and polite. The prices are very competitive and much cheaper than similar venues. I liked the idea of collection pots on each table for spare change to be donated to a mental health charity.

I do love this store and never leave empty handed ?? but the pausa coffee shop needs better staffing. Used to be helpful smiling staff serving there but now they just look fed up. On the plus side the cake was lovely ?

Ample parking.Huge variety of products on sale, including Christmas decorations and accessories, currently.Café inside, which we didn't try.Helpful, friendly staff.

Dunelm is a well stocked store but check the prices on any special offers. I got charged £28 for £19.60 special offer on three of the same items.

As a general rule of thumb I like Dunelm. I prefer this store over Telford. I'd rather go into store to make my selections as you can see what you are buying, fabric, feel, quality; you can't check that out online. Lately though, getting the stock you need in specific sizes is near impossible. Products are broad, but choice of specific items is quite limited, and rather dull and boring. If nothing changes with the ranges, I suspect we'll see another store disappear off the high street.My recent visit was poor, staff would try to avoid me, making out they are extremely busy, and when I finally got a staff member attention, to check for sizes as the shelves were light on the more standard sizes of curtains, all she did was go to the website to check stock; well, shock horror, I can do that too.It seems you have to order everything online as they don't have the available stock available straight away; it puts you off shopping in store.Anyway, I went elsewhere; 6 pairs of curtains, numerous bedding items, mattress toppers, pillows, curtain poles and cushions. Such a disappointment Dunelm.
