I used to love Dunelm but this visit was very disappointing. It was so messy... items opened and left on the floor. Everything looked cluttered. The merchandising on the bedding department used to be eyecatching but now it is not appealing at all.

Love coming here, such a variety of household items, staff are friendly and helpful when answering any queries, customer toilet available, lovely cafe drinks and food are very reasonably priced. Well worth a visit, the store is well organised, clean and well laid out, there is something for all ages, you are spoilt for choice. Well worth a visit.

Sarcasm should never be used in customer service. Inappropriate signage didn't help . Most people look up for directions when entering a store. Got to the area that said 'click & collect' seemingly I had missed another sign in the store. Thank you for pointing out my error rather than assisting a confused customer.

Just visited the Shrewsbury store to buy a rug. The customer service we have just received left a lot to be desired. The female assistant called to get a rug down was certainly not happy to help. If the rug and bar codes were put at a height that were accessible,then fair enough. Not even my partner could reach. She then left us going to the till with no barcode or pricing. This then caused problems at the till for the young male,who couldn't find the information. Dunhelm this is not good enough.
