We knew we might need a soft mattress and the sleep machine confirmed this. We had excellent service from the manager allowing us to choose the right mattress for us. Would highly recommend.

Having concluded that it was time to change the mattrass, our initial internet search flagged up a myriad of different options, and basically, we were overwhelmed with the amount of choice available. This led us to meeting Baz in the Shrewsbury branch of Dreams who with the technology they have in store and Baz listening to our requirements and his patience with explaining the pros and cons and the benefits of the vast range they have to offer, we were able to make an informed choice that suited us and our budget. With the best news we will be sleeping on it in a week.
If you're not sure on what you require then we highly recommend you speak to Baz and he'll sort you out. Excellent customer service, the way it should be.

Ordered an ex display bed frame in November and was told it?d be delivered on the 28th of January. I received a call a week beforehand saying that that date wasn?t possible anymore but it?d be around a ?week or so? instead. A week later I call and I?m told that date is no longer possible. I call again and I?m told they?ll call back with an update, no call. I call again and the same thing happens. I call again and they say that it?s pencilled in for the 22nd of February but that?s not guaranteed. It?s now the 27th of February and still no one has called to update me on what?s going on. A company as big as this and they don?t know when they?ll have stock? Not even a rough idea? Appalling

The Dreams team are brilliant. From buying a mattress and bed in the shop has been a great experience. They cant help you enough. My first mattress i didnt get on with. It was changed with no fuss. Obviously i had to pay the difference for a better upgraded one. The delivery men who brought the mattress and the bwd base were also great. So polite and got the job done in no time. All in all a wonderful experience from start to finish. I would recommend Dreams every time. Such a brilliant bunch of people.

We went into dreams hospitality was great unmatched bought an ex show room bed and new mattress told we would have to wait a few weeks for this new bed. This was in October. We offer to go and pick the bed up got told it had to go to dreams in cardiff before it could be delivered as cardiff was the distribution centre for powys and surrounding areas so we waited. We got told all along it was because it was the bed wasn't in Cardiff it was now on cardiff and we ?re still waiting a week later. we rang back today and got told it was because of the mattress and then got treated horribly by corporate. We then got told we had to wait till the 30th of December which they could not even promise then and coming from a business background its no way to run a multimillion pound business. Long story we have now cancelled the bed and taken out business else where and do not recommended Shrewsbury dreams at all in-fact no dreams at all.
