Shocking experience. Took nearly an hour to prepare, apparently dropped it on the floor and had to start again at some point. But on the website still told us to collect it within 10 minutes but shouldn't have bothered as just sat around for 45 minutes

i sent my pizza issue when i received my pizza yesterday ? then one day past ? i
still didn't receive any calls from domino ? so i rang up your shop local tel ? and i v been told i have to wait domino team to contact me about the issue ?it needs 3-4 days . they can not sort out problem ?tbf it is very poor service ? and food were terrible taste and raw .

Had our pizzas (one meaty & one veggie) delivered and both were raw and cold. Called the store and the guy on the phone was rude and unapologetic, just said they were busy. We didn?t eat any of the uncooked pizzas and asked for some new ones to be sent out to swap. The new ones arrived over 50 minutes later and were even more undercooked!! We could not believe it! Told the delivery driver to take both sets back as completely inedible and a huge health risk. Sadly this is a reoccurrence. Will not order from here again. Someone?s going to get food poisoning from this place. Called the store back to ask for a refund. We didn?t even kick up a fuss as we knew there would be no point and yet the man was still very rude an unapologetic. Wouldn?t even help us and said just use the app. Took dominoes ages to give me a refund and didn?t even reply to my message regarding this whole matter. Dismal. Can?t complain about the delivery driver though, he was clearly rushed off his feet and did apologise, lovely chap.

Monday Night treat, a pizza until my partner took one bite into hers and there?s a black hair sticking out of it ? phoned up and they reluctantly said they?d make another but that doesn?t compensate eating mine stone cold when I get back and the fuel and time added on to my evening. This is becoming a regular occurrence. Never had this problem anywhere else, we always say it?s been months since we had a dominos then this will be the reason why ????

Pizza was OK, just poor service. Thr guy who took our order wasn't helpful. He obviously didn't want to be there on a Saturday evening.

The customer service is wonderful! Especially the young man with the moustache working the front. The workers were very quick and had my food in no time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal!

Lovely pizza and usually I have no problem with this Dominos, however upon ordering today I received below average customer service. My driver could not find the house, he phoned me once but my phone is on do not disturb so I didn?t get the call- he only made ONE call to me then gave up and went back to the store!! I tried calling him back multiple times with no reply. I had to call the store, and they told me the driver is back at the store because they got confused, and that they can send it out again if I want with an extra delivery fee?? Then the driver called me again and said ?yeah I tried calling you twice?, which he did not. Both the men on the phone were not very polite or professional. I?ve never had this problem with this Dominos before so this is a very big disappointment.

Absolutely the best pizza in town. I tried all pizza places in Shrewsbury and we are regular Domino's customers. Always piping hot, as ordered, delivered or picked up with great customer service. Honestly can't fault them. And look for the deals, there is always good offer in Domino's. Top star??

We received 3 leaflets through the door advertising free pizza, go to use them and it doesn't work. Called the store and they decided to not go with that promotion. Waste of paper. 2 stars because the girl on the phone was very nice

Travel here specifically due to Telford not having The Sizzler pizza. Most orders are correct, hot and generously topped. Only one occasion where a side was wrong but wasn't discovered until returning home so will check in future.
