Visited the Shrewsbury shop today, 3 members of staff sat on sofa together like they were at home chatting away. Not one member of staff said hi or came over to ask if we needed any assistance or any other customer while i was there, when did look over the one kept her head down. The heating was on full it was so hot in there, I'm normally a cold person, but I suppose when your staff are sat around doing nothing understand you might get cold... I think your customer service needs to up your game if you want customers to buy your items.

We went in to DFS today to have a look at sofas in person, they had a great selection of styles. We liked quite a few and were unsure of which one to pick. A lovely lady called Helen approached us and asked if we needed assistance which we did, Helen was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us pick a sofa right for us. Helen also explained all offers and extras that were available with each sofa. We've come away from DFS today very happy our new sofas will be delivered in 3 weeks time ? we would like to thank Helen ever so much for all her help today ? we highly recommend DFS

We have our two settees near 5 months its gone creased and flat with the cloth now bubbling ..we have no cats dogs or children and they came out and did nothing ..please do not bother with this company take your money and no customer care not even paid the 5 payment yet

Cushion softened after 12 months, recliner harder to close, no point complaining they come out and said nothing was wrong. Service manager said Its all functions as it should. Well its no longer comformable to sit on so its not functioning properly! Fell in deaf ears, here less than 5 minutes!

Waited in all morning for the service manager he hasn't turned up and has his phone switched off so customer service couldn't ask him where he was or why he didn't turn up. I've waited 4 months for this appointment and now it's been rebooked for May. Very unhappy with their service. cushions lost support already 12 months old when I first complained, only 6 months warranty left. 10 year guarantee only on the frame, very deceiving sales tactic.
Service manager turned up he was here all of 5 minutes, told me cushions are designed to soften, they shouldn't soften anymore than they already have and there's nothing they can do about the manual recliner because it's still functioning and there's no adjustments they can do, what a waste of waiting in 2 morning and 6 months for an appointment! They could have told me that over the phone!

I visited today with a view to looking at and finding information on sofa beds. It's a large store but there were no members of staff at all to ask. I wandered round for about 10 minutes and left. I returned an hour later hoping there may be somebody to ask but again not a soul there. So, I won't be buying my sofa bed from DFS!
