We visited to look at laptops. We were approached by a member of staff, Adam M, he took his time to explain the different laptops and their capabilities and usages.He went out of his way to help us, and was a pleasure to talk to. With his help we selected a laptop, and are really happy with it.I will definitely shop here again, and hopefully have Adam M's help in future.

Brilliant service for a young man, understanding and help from several staff to choose a mobile, Samsung A14. Being able to access a working model really helped.Liam was astounding, patient and supportive over collection and his calm helpful manner reassured a very anxious young man.This young man is now very happy with his purchase and decisions.

Absolutely useless, brand new appliance was originally lost in store, then arrived broken has taken over 2 weeks to arrange an exchange. Their customer service team is absolutely useless. Horrible experience not just with the store but with the company itself. Painful experience all round

Have visited twice recently and both times dealt with Ellie at checkout. Ellie goes above and beyond with her customer service, far more than you?d expect these days! She has been both helpful, friendly and welcoming on both visits. We also recently dealt with Ashley on the help desk who helped us with a baby monitor not working. Ashley was also very friendly and helpful and I hope together with their managers both see this review and enjoy the praise they?re both due!

Drove 40 miles today to get to the store as it opened because I wanted to buy a mobile phone that the website informed me was in stock and as the store was closed I thought the 80mile round trip would be worth while as I would definitely get the phone if I got there as the doors opened. Guess what it was out of stock and had been for over a week. What a waste of time. Cant even get their website right.

Very helpful assistant who talked me through a new contract. Was only in store 15 minutes and happy with my purchase. Also advised if I had any problems to return to the store.

What a fantastic service from start to finish we placed the order on line speaking with a real person (Wonderful these days) I could not praise him enough. Text came through to my collection was ready, we proceeded to Shrewsbury Currys and was greeted by a LOVELY Lady with a beautiful smile her personality and sense of humour was an Energy Boost.

I am a fan of currys. But facing a recurring problem. I tried to but an item in store today. Three display items I ended up looking at and each time told not in stock. The staff were obviously embarrassed. Then a member of staff told me to try buying online. Which I feel is a shame as we need to keep high street and retail stores open. However I then tried twice to by an item online. One actually in the store and the other later at home only to have it all accepted and seconds later to recieve an email saying your tech order has been cancelled label out of stock. Very poor show. And not the first time. Ergo no lessons have been heard or complaints heeded. Is this really how currys are going. The best thing about them was the fact you could still go in store.

Concerned about home deliveries being the subject of theft, I bought a top end phone and ordered a camera and lens set in store. When I picked up the latter, the camera body and wide-angle lens were missing. This was reported immediately. Therafter, Currys failed to communicate with me, so I visited the store again to be told that the matter was being investigated. Still having heard nothing and increasingly concerned that I would not get my camera before going away, I rang customer services. Yes, I was very angry and spoke in an emphatic tone (but no bad language) - travel dates aside, that I had still not been supplied with the goods I had paid for, implied that I was involved in the disappearance and that was deeply upsetting.Miraculously, the investigation that could have taken 3 weeks was concluded within 24 hours, and I was effectively accused of being a liar and a thief. Furthermore, no information on the nature of the so-called investigation nor any evidence in support of the findings has been presented to me.Had Currys communicated with me and treated me with some respect, my phone call would not have been necessary.The store staff themselves were very helpful, but they have clearly been let down by other parts of the business and I am left, deeply insulted as well as out of pocket - I havn't even got those parts that were in the delivery.
