Lovely place for a coffee ?
Vegetarian options: A lot of vegetarian and vegan options.
Dietary restrictions: Lots of milk replacements available at no extra cost. I do wish they had some gluten free options.

No large cups. Cheese and bean toasty barely any filling don't recommend at all. Staff fail to notice offers they have on pretty poor experience

I love Costa. But this was disorganised. And that?s being kind. And I don?t think it?s the children left running it. They clearly haven?t recieved training and been shadowed to gain confidence in their jobs. The Que was insane and a lot of very dissatisfied customers returning drinks to be remade one after the other. They didn?t make enough for the two smoothie we ordered to ended up tipping half back into the other cup and serving 3/4 portions in the each. I requested no coffee in my frappe and got half way down the road to find it had coffee in.
The wait was not great. I could see they were clearly trying their hardest but there was no structure and no body leading the team competently. Management lacking.

Very busy place with youngsters running it. They were helpful but it was rather unkempt dirty tables.

Always a nice Costa to come for breakfast in Shrewsbury. Nice location opposite road to Large Tesco extra and some of the cheapest fuel so a win win, nice toasted tea cake for breakfast and a large cappuccino to get heart started

It?s always very noisy even with just a few people in there. If you?re not in by 12:30ish the food options are quite limited. Can normally get a seat and it does have seating outside too. Not the fastest costa around..
Parking: Plenty of parking as it?s part of the retail park.

We visited this costa coffee as we are staying locally. The seating area was clean and tidy, and two staff were working (10am on Monday 27th May). They were organised, efficient and managed to do this with politeness and friendliness. Despite a que I was served in good time. To top it off the coffee I had was made perfectly.
