I visited this store for some grocery shopping, but out of 10 items I needed, 5 were out of stock.
I also used the PayPoint service to obtain an International Driving Permit (IDP). Unfortunately, the staff asked several irrelevant questions, such as where my name came from and how long I was staying abroad?none of which are required for issuing an IDP.
They only need to know the destination country and check the driving licence. On top of that, I later noticed the stamp on the IDP didn?t match the information on my licence, so I had to return and request it to be corrected.
I would strongly recommend staff focus only on the necessary questions and procedures. I do not plan to use this location again.

Called into this store last night for help with an issue I had needing a delivery bag and stamps. The team leader Ben advise me unfortunately they couldn?t do anything as what I needed has to come from the main post office. Ben made around 3 calls to help me and I had what I needed. Ben was very helpful and did everything he could to put my situation right. Ben thank you for everything you did and I really appreciate it.

A brilliant, reliable and convenient store with almost anything you can possibly imagine, for all age groups. The staff are wonderful, and are very much on the ball with assistance. Complimentary with a nice pond not too far away. ??

Just visited co op this evening. Had to write a review as the staff were excellent. Two young men working there. One on post office and one on the main till. Manners excellent, second to none. and very helpful. What a pleasure to shop. Thank you.

The staff are so friendly they go the extra mile to help you and the dei is out of this world the staff on the dei are so helpful letting you know what's in the sausage rolls and pies big up to the staff

Other supermarkets providing hand ,trolley , hand basket wipes why are the coop not doing so after all their prices very high compared to others supermarkets rather poor come on coop !!

Opening times are not accurate, closes early on weekends better off going up the road to Copthorne or Bicton Heath.
