Returning from a short break in North Wales our car developed a very loud squealing noise from n/s front wheel. With 140 miles left to go I decided to go into Shrewsbury in order to find a garage that could help. Fortunately I chose Chase Car Care Centre. They sorted my car immediately and professionally. This allowed us to continue our journey home safely. I cannot recommend them high enough. If I lived in Shrewsbury they would be my garage of choice.

Chase have been looking after my eclectic set of cars (new to old, classic to definately not, shopping trolley to limo) for the best part of 20 years (maybe longer?). And they have done so perfectly: job big or small. And when it has not worked out quite as expected, they bend over backwards to put it right. I now just book the car in and let them sort it. Never a quibble on cost. They are a great team and completely trustworthy.

I've never had a bad experience here. Very transparent regarding work needing or not needing to be done. Trusting where you send your pride and joy is hard to find, but Chase are fantastic.

Had a radio issue staying on and draining the battery with the keys out and locked. Called in at main dealer to sort but no slots available and battery would of died over night. Called in with chase car care and they fixed the issue within minutes and they never asked for a payment as it didn't take long and required no parts.
