Lucky to be even getting a 1 star.
Ordered a Laptop go into pick it up and the box and charger is nowhere to be seen so it couldn't be sold to me. Completely unorganised and has to be quite honest pissed me off. I wouldn't reccomend buying anything from them online since they have proven they will just loose it. It's really not good enough

Home of the worlds slowest workers, stood for 25 minutes while one guy was giving them some Wii crap that he?ll probably only get a fiver for while someone else was buying an Apple Watch, why does it take 25 minutes to do this? There was also another worker there who was just walking around doing nothing when they could have easily served me.

I came in not so long ago, had some stuff to sell, they told me that they would be a hour. So I waited then I got told that they couldn't accept them as they were all dirty (even) know they were brand new. The staff are rude, horrible and overall I do not like this company, or they even took a phone off me and didn't give me a quote or the phone back and just banned even know I did nothing wrong.

These days they have a large stock of Apple products with a small selection of other brands, but plenty of games and DVDs/blu ray. I recently purchased a phone here and received excellent service and the phone was good quality and a fair price. However, I also bought a Blu Ray which was described on the box as being 3D. Having discovered it was not 3D I returned it to the store who admitted the Blu Ray had the wrong cover, but would only give me store credit for the non 3D film as it was apparently my fault for not checking at the time of purchase! Although I would assume most people would expect to get what it says on the box! A mixed experience and probably depends on who serves you as to what kind of service you get.

I l9ve this place. I think everyone knows what they do. Its just that they do have some brilliant cheap good quality electronics, Games Consoles, Phones, Smart watches, every games consoles Games to purchase very very cheaply. The exchange of your old stuff is good too so long you want something from inside the store. Always go for that option as it does get abit tight on how much cold hard Cash you get but hay hoo thats Life guys. So long as you know exactly what you want precisely and stick to it, don't get side tracked looking at a higher spec of what you want, you won't go wrong. You might even find something that you thought you would never find because the product doesn't exist but you will find the odd treasure. I did for an old first Xbox controller, it was some special edition at the time they first came out and the lead n special connector for it. I made my mind up i would never find the old part again. Anyway give it a look, even look in the window. You'll go back to your childhood on some things they got. Recommend a look at least anyways. Have a think, Colin P.

Overpriced and overrated. If I wanted a scratched disc or electronic device I would just buy something for a fraction of the price from anywhere else and get to work. Also sells USB C products that could damage your device.

An ok CEX of reasonable size. Staff were ok but I did find that one of my discs were excessively scratched, so returned. Discs are usually quite good though, so probably just a one off that slipped past inspection.
