Great coffee, and superb almond mince pies but do they ever clean the floors and tables? The floor is absolutely filthy both where you drink your coffee and in the toilets. Does make you worry about what else they don?t clean!!!!!

Ordered for delivery via just eat. The iced coffee was amazing but the cakes were awful. Sticky and wet having been sweating in the bag. Will order the coffee again but not anything else.

The barista on the morning shift was so nice and asked if I wanted strong or regular coffee which I?ve never been asked in a cafe before. The cafe is so nice as well it?s not too loud and you can focus and do work. Loved all round. Food was great too!

£18 for 2 cakes & 2 iced coffees which were as appealing as the cost....will avoid COFFEE ZERO at all costs in future!!!

An ideally-located situation for people-watching but alas it suffers from all the national chain store inadeqacies and lack of customer service.
Customers need to queue-up at the till to get served by which time they have likely lost their seat (which can be difficult to locate at busy times, especially the prized front window area).
Go local. Invest in your community and patronise one of the 476 privately owned coffee houses that Shrewsbury town centre has to offer.
Admittedly, if you need the predictability and consistency of a chain like Nero or McDonalds, then by all means fill your boots or eat a drive-away in (the comfort) of your own vehicle.
