We are two 70 year olds who were persuaded by our son to try BK after using the opposition for over 40 years, so,
15th October we were on the A49 about lunchtime and decided to pop in to BK at Robert Jones Way, Battlefield, Shrewsbury.
Stood outside the entrance trying to work out the app I said to the wife "I haven't a clue what I'm doing" when a young woman,
about to enter, said "I can help with that, I work Here" then proceeded to guide us through the order process in a
cheerful and professional manner. We really enjoyed the quality and cost of the meal which means no more opposition from now on.
So a big thank you to BECKY for looking after us. We shall return.

The burger was disgusting. The coffee was just frothy hot milk and no coffee. Ended up throwing away when we got home . Today both me and my wife are sick from this . Would not recommend

Used self service screen to order. Made changes which were ignored by the staff. Food came out cold. Ordered a drink separately which I was waiting for over 15 minutes with only 2 other people in the restaurant.

Does not accept most of the online vouchers. Scan in codes and says use at the counter and staff don't know how to enter or use the code. Have deliveroo but no online order and delivery. Which is poor. Why does this burgerking and all in Shrewsbury not have online delivery, other than using another app. We miss out on offers.
Parking: Not many by the restaurant but pub nearby has more

Fast and fresh food, great customer service

Only started coming to Burger King in the last couple of years as past experiences really bad, however the one in battlefield Shrewsbury changed that view, until tonight as gone back to past experiences, cold food, (my meal) and not the correct order for my partner, paid for a Doritos king chicken box, and when I got home had received a cheeseburger?won?t be going there again
