after buying old bangers for years we decided to push the boat out and treat ourselves to a nice car.i have never spent more than a couple of grand on a car and i am not really sure how the process works going into a dealership.made an enquiry online on sunday night about a c3.been looking for months for a newish car with low mileage within our budget.by 9 the next morning ella had sent a video over with a walk around.made an appointment to view and took it on a test drive.in short we agreed the sale and a pick up day.we were offered extras and took what we thought we wanted and no hard sell was given to the rest.had a few emails since to check all was ok.thanks ella for talking us through everything

I recently purchased a car from Bugen Motors. The whole process was done remotely and the sales person Connor was extremely helpful, he provided a detailed personalised video of the car focusing on the areas I had asked him to, some minor stone chips where then touched up before the car was delivered to me almost 500 miles away bang on time. The car arrived in the perfect condition and was spotless throughout. I would definitely recommend them.

Following on from the last review of 2 years ago we decided in June 2023 to go to Budgen at Shrewsbury and look at a C5 to replace our 2021 C4. In the event we found that the C5 was actually far too big for us and Ella was able to advise that the newly introduced C4 in C-Class designation would suit us fine. After a test drive in a demonstrator, we did indeed discover that the C Class C4 was still what we needed and with the offers running of enhanced trade-in value and discounted price of a new C4C we struck a deal. Delivery could have been in about 10 days as there was one in a colour we liked in the UK but we arranged it to be 14 days. Again, as last time a dead easy purchase process and a good car!The car is going fine as well!Previous review from 2021If you are looking for a relaxed Citroen car purchase with no hassles then this is the place to visit. We were allowed to take out a C4 demonstrator alone during the C19 pandemic and there was no limit place on miles or time.In the event it was all OK. The same can be said for the purchase, there was no high pressure salesmanship just a genuine interest from Hattie and Dan (who I suspect is a bit of a Citroen nut).They ensured we bought the correct model for our needs and in fact recommended a mid-range product over the posher one!Only two visits were required (order and collect) with all the paperwork being done on line. Collection was spot-on and Dan demonstrated the car's workings.Beware that C4 do not come with a paper handbook only a recommendation to download an app and have a phone or PC screen view. However, a Co in Holland do market the official text made into a book and at £21, a good buy.Yes I would go there again for another vehicle.

Today I took receipt of my new motorbility car. I dealt with Aaron he was very friendly and knew everything about my new car. Nothing was too much trouble he went above and beyond in my opinion. He said I could contact him if there was anything else I needed to know.

Great service from Aaron Moore and the team. We were buying a relatively low value VW Polo Px but the car was as described and all promises were kept in respect of its preparation - it was fully serviced and immaculate when we picked it up. We found Aaron very straightforward to deal with and would he happy to buy from Budgens again.

Poor Customer service, beware once you paid for your vehicle you will get no response until you chase and chase.. used Peugeot for years this was just an awful experience.31k car delivered damaged no follow up cost to repair £288 mail ignored.Day after delivery I discovered there are 2 recalls on the car not addressed this is illegal, just brushed off and advised to book it into peugoet.Advised of the service history and to download the app. Well there is no history I was advised of called again and again not surprised it hasn't be No i expected from a en addressed. Walk away ! Poor Customer service

Bugens Shrewsbury were great when we wanted to change our Motability car. Thanks to sales executive Aaron Moor for all his help, he has excellent Knowledge of electric vehicles and looked after us all through the process, giving us regular up dates on the cars arrival date. Settled on the MG4 and so glad we did its a fabulous car.

We picked up our Dacia Jogger from Budgen Motors on Tuesday evening. Lewis was brilliant, talked us through everything, nothing was too much trouble. When we ordered the car last November the lady that helped us was Tania and iwe had the same service then. Tania was so nice and helped us choose the right car for us.
