I was running late for my appointment because of heavy traffic, my wife rang the opticians on my behalf to explain my predicament. The outcome was excellent they booked me in for the next available slot, my wait was minimal, before my eye test. A big thank you to an excellent team.

I had a 30 minute wait for my appointment but have to say had the loveliest optician to do my contact lens check. Decided on new glasses and a very helpful assistant picked out the perfect pair for me. If it hadn't been for the wait it would be top score

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Margot went through and explained the results of the eye test, she was very good and friendly, making me relax and I understood what she told me. Jenny helped me choose my glasses. She didn't rush me let me try on as many pairs as I liked. She recommended a pair which I tried and was so impressed with how they looked on me ,I choose them as my new reading glasses. I have been going to boots for my eye tests for many years and find the staff excellent. I would like to thank Jenny for her help and advice when choosing my glasses. I was very unsure of what style would suit me but she choose the right style for me. Looking forward to collecting my new glasses in two weeks

Everyone at the store was really nice and helpful. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed and it didn't take long compared to other places. I'll definitely be back and recommend the store. I saw Jenny, Remlah and someone else, that I unfortunately didn't get the name of, but I would recommend all of them. They seemed to really care.
