Always excellent service from the pharmacy. If they can?t fully fulfil a prescription I am always confident that I will be notified the day it is ready. Speedy service for ad-hoc prescriptions.

Not happy this woman in perfume started following us round and than told another lady and then also followed us.Like we were stealing something it was a lady with white hair and brown/black if I could I?d give it zero stars do not recommend if they think your stealing

I took my aged mother into Boots to help her look for some new makeup. We headed over to the No.7 counter, and the assistant there completely ignored us. As a lady approached behind us, the assistant went straight up to her and asked if she could help. This made my mother feel extremely upset. Clearly, the assistant has an issue dealing with the mature generation using walkers and therefore needs training on her unconscious bias.

Prescription for antibiotics and blue inhaler. November but no inhalers in stock. Poor, poor service especially given the time taken to enter and exit the car park.

Went down at 7.30 as states open till 8 only to find them closed. Quite a few others wanted to go in too. Explanation would be nice!

Visited the pharmacy last week in regards to my daughter, I had to insist she was seen by the pharmacist as just a recommendation of paracetamol didn?t sit well with me.Waited 20 minutes and no one around as very early visit, my daughter was seen by the pharmacist and I explained fully the symptoms and worrying about her chest or suspected Tonsillitis. The pharmacist glanced at her mouth, no temperature taken, no chest listened to! A overall approach of ?this is wasting my time?. The pharmacist explained that antibiotics don?t work and to take paracetamol if needed or one of their throat sprays?My daughter now has a severe chest infection, who is asthmatic also, she is very unwell.The pharmacists have no place in replacing GP?s if they cannot fulfill a duty of care and show a nonchalant attitude.*This has no reflection on the Boots shop itself as this department is excellent.

Product was 15% off which was a bonus. Staff were polite, helpful and professional. Great to have a Boots branch on a retail park and avoid town centre hassle and parking fees.
